Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IVY System platform, masterclasses, and software tools (including IVY Shield and Print Studio) at ivysystem.co and its subdomains. The Service is provided by Noir Pixel Studio Iwona Bielecka, Palestyńska 1a, 03-321 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5242492216 (“we”, “us”, the “Application Developer”). By creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or connecting a shop, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service provides

IVY System provides educational digital product masterclasses (such as the Etsy Digital Product Starter Kit and The Multitaskers 30-day cohort build), digital asset vaults, and creative SaaS tools including Print Studio (automated high-resolution print sizing and interior mockup generation) and IVY Shield (trademark monitoring checking listings against public US Patent and Trademark Office records).

2. Educational materials & results disclaimer

All strategies, workflows, and prompts are provided for educational purposes based on verified studio practices. Your business results, store revenue, and search performance depend on your niche, execution, pricing, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific income figures or commercial results.

3. Software tools & preliminary trademark data

For IVY Shield, results are generated automatically from public USPTO data and represent preliminary informational screening only. They are not legal advice, not formal trademark clearance, and not a guarantee that a phrase is safe or unsafe to use. For formal legal clearance, consult a qualified intellectual property attorney.

4. Your account & access

You sign in using your verified email address (via magic link, password, or Google sign-in). Keep access to your mailbox and credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for your personal business or studio.
Course materials, passport tools, and prompt vaults are licensed for your individual business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

5. Third-party platforms (Etsy & Shopify)

When you optionally connect an Etsy shop with “Connect with Etsy”, you authorise the Application through Etsy’s official sign-in to read your shop listings and apply replacements you explicitly confirm. The Application never accesses payment methods, buyer payment details, orders, or private messages. You can disconnect your shop at any time in your panel.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

Subscriptions (such as IVY Shield or Print Studio) and one-time courses are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in one click from your Workspace Settings & Billing (Stripe Customer Portal); access continues until the end of the paid period.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies solely to The Digital Product Starter Kit as detailed in our Refund Policy. All other digital products, live cohorts, software tools, and instant asset downloads are delivered immediately and are non-refundable.

7. The Multitaskers Cohort Challenge

The following terms apply specifically to all tiers of The Multitaskers (The 30-Day Build and Done With You):

Program Schedule: The 30-day live cohort program commences on Saturday, October 10, 2026, and concludes on Sunday, November 8, 2026.
Immediate Digital Performance & Waiver of Withdrawal: Digital assets, software entitlement access, prompt vaults, and private community resources are provisioned immediately upon successful checkout. In accordance with applicable statutory consumer protection regulations regarding digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly acknowledge and agree that performance begins immediately upon purchase and you hereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales of The Multitaskers are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once payment is completed.
Third-Party Platform & API Fees: The participant is solely responsible for all external expenses incurred during the shop build, including but not limited to Etsy listing creation fees ($0.20 USD per listing), payment processing fees, domain registrations, or optional third-party API keys and services.
Earnings Disclaimer: We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific revenue, sales volume, search rank, or financial outcomes. Success depends entirely on individual execution, visual quality, niche demand, and independent commercial factors.
Done With You Tier Terms:
- Participants enrolled in the Done With You tier receive 12 consecutive months of complimentary IVY Shield access. This entitlement expires automatically after 365 days with zero auto-renewal, and does not require attaching a payment card for continuation.
- All bespoke asynchronous 1:1 reviews, private audits, and direct founder guidance are tied exclusively to the active cohort period and conclude definitively on Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 23:59 Warsaw time.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including by scraping data, reselling raw databases, attempting to access other users' accounts, overloading backend systems, or using our tools for unlawful purposes.
